My son is having extreme pain in his groin area...in

My son is having extreme pain in his groin area...in particular his left testicle. What can I do to help him??

Any impulse on coughing in that area?
Any SWelling noticed?
Any vomittings?
Is he Passing stools?

slight swelling in the scrotum area. No coughing. Pain within the last hour and half.

I asked Any swelling become prominent in that area when he cough?

No when he coughs... He has been passing stool fine and no vomiting

Sory for delay my net got disconnected
The possible causes are torsion of testes,appendicitis,ureteric colic,
SO rush to ER now
In case it is Torsion or appendicitis immediate surgical intervension is needed
