If there is no foul odor, then it is not related to an infection. What you are experiencing is normal vaginal fluid. During a woman's cycle the vaginal fluid changes, according to if she is fertile or not. During the fertile part of the cycle, mucus is clear and elastic- other times it is white and creamy. So what you are experiencing is quite normal and nothing to worry about, unless there is a foul odor.
