I have swelling (about the size of a quarter) and a burning pain in the area of the Navicular Bone on the top of my foot. Last night it was very uncomfortable so I put an ice pack on it. Today not only does my foot hurt, but the pain runs up my leg to my knee.
What could this be? Should I apply heat or ice or neither?
