well my cycle is every 28days and i ovulated the 16th, i was wondering when my fertile days were this month and if i had sex late on the 13th into the14th (4am) and late on 14th into the 15th (3am) what are my odds of conception?

Conception is most likely to occur when intercourse occurs in the 4 to 5 days before ovulation or on the day of ovulation. So you do have a good chance here. But keep in mind, the sperm count may be a little less with daily sex since it does take a few days to replenish.

You were in the right time frame as far as having sex prior to the day of ovulating and sperm live for about 3 days as well. So if all went well and you ovulated on time, chances are there should be a baby.
