when I lean my head down towards my chest I get a tingling feeling in the middle of my back. when I bend over that feeling is going towards my toes

Reply to Judy's Post: the numbness in the back is just the center of my back. the tingling in the front of my legs, so forth. however the tingling has now progressed to my arms, hands, & the outside of my fingers
