Hello

Good news - infants with chickenpox do very well and you have nothing to worry about.

The chance of any serious problem is ~ 1/100,000 and no specific treatment is indicated.
If it turns out to be chickenpox just use a moisturiser and keep the skin nice and clean.

It may of couse not be chickenpox.( incubation period 10-21 days.)

A chickenpock is a small raised red "pimple" with a small blister on top. The number of spots should increase dramatically over the first 72 hrs.

Hope this helps.
