Can DNA be done on a baby before it is born?

If someone is pregnant, can a DNA test be done to establish the identity of the father (before the baby is born)?

Yes, the test can be done by using a sample of the mom's and a sample of the dad's blood without going into the child at all. Here is a link to support that:

There are also ways to do it by checking the fluid in the placenta and by using the chorionic villi sample. These are more invasive, and involve amniocentesis:
