Throwing up constantly. Now I am just throwing up yellow stuff. Also have diarrehia. What can I do to get some sleep?

Reply to Lisa's Post: I went to the hospital last night and found out I was dehydrated. Could not keep anything in. Today I feel better. Thanks for your reply! It is a virus that I just could not get on top of and was continually dryheaving. Still have very loose stool and low grade temp of 100.3. They gave me phenergan and that helped with the vomiting. I am about to drink some chicken broth and I have been drinking Gatorade is there something I can do to help with the bathroom situation? I got this flu from my kids but they weathered it much better than me.
