I have a 24 year old friend that is female & overdosed on Tylenol last month. She took approximately 80 500mg tabs & lived to tell about it, without ever seeking treatment! About 9 days ago, she began noticing blood in her urine, along with flank pain & pain in the mid-lower quadrant, which she described as "mentrual like". She's finally decided to see a Dr. but refuses to tell him about the overdose. He checked her urine which was neg for a UTI & positive for blood. Any ideas of what this may be or any other known cases of overdoses without seeking treatment??
