anemia, low white cell, low magnesium, wi

in adittion to the excessive weight loss, anemia and low white blood cells they found that my magnesium and calcium levels keep dropping to ie normally 0.28 even after magnesium infusions usually given to me daily over five days they suddenly drop again, I'm tired all the time and have a lot of pain from my top of my stomach and chest. From 2pm each day I am unable to do much except lie down whilst I'm told they are 2 rare conditions no one can put a name to them or correct them. each week I feel weaker and more ill. I desperately want to know whats wrong with me. they say I have hypmagnesemia but upon looking this condition up it states this usually comes with another underlying condidtion. I'm forty seven and feel 70, I cant go back to work and have very little quality of life. I taken iron everyday since september 05 yet still I'm anemic, I also take calcium and magnesium tablets with many more various medications, I experience involuntary twitches and spasms with really strong palpitations, yet still none of the doctors have managed to find the cause they just keep topping me up with Magnesium, calcium and of course iron which doesn't solve anything and has so far not altered my symtoms, pain condition

I am sorry to hear about your problems...
I believe that you may be suffering from rare causes of hypomagnesemia that need a thorough involvement of multiple specialists like an endocrinologist, and maybe even a geneticist.
THe conditions that need to be kept in mind include

Familial hypomagnesemia with secondary hypocalcemia
Renal magnesium wasting disease with hypercalciuria
Renal magnesium wasting disease with hypocalciuria
Gitelman and barrter syndromes
Hyperaldosteronism (with low potassium levels)
