For the past week my tongue has become swollen and white on top for no reason. It is very pain on the sides (which have randomly puffed up with little swollen taste buds), underneath near my glands, and on the top (specifically sensitive at the tip). Also, my gums are painful and the inside of my bottom lip becomes randomly sore. What does this sound like? How do I treat it?

Already Tried:
Lots of brushing, oralbase to all over my tongue to make the pain subside for a bit... nothing else i have no idea what to do for a tongue!??!
