I can barely walk--I use to walk fast 5 miles a day--then I discovered I had tyhroid problems--which is under control. Since then (~5 years) the upper parts of my feet hurt--and are always stiff--it's easier to sit then walk-which in turn has my weight at about 200 on a 5'4 frame--when walking for excersice I was a size 6 about 130 pounds. I was sent to a rumathroid dr years ago and they did not see anything--when I get up from a sitting position I can not bend my feet!!
