My friend thought that he had a couple spider bites with white heads on his ankles. He wrapped his ankle up, thinking it would help it. Later he took off the wrap and saw they had spread from three bumps to about twelve all looking the same. They are not itchy, but very soar to the touch. The other strange thing is that there is black and blue all around the infected area as well. Do you have any advice or ideas as to what the cause could be?
