I have had a break out of sores on my back and face, this happens every so often. I am sure being a diabetic doesnt help. What would be the fastest way to heal. prefer home remidies.

Dear Cathy,
Many of us are carrying staph in our nose (without any symptoms), and this can lead to an increased chance of a skin infection.
The first thing I would recommend is trying to get rid of these staph in the nose... ideally you should get a nose swab culture done.. however a simple way would be to try applying mupirocin in the nose thrice a day with an ear bud for 5 days.This may substantially reduce the chances of recurrent skin infections..
You can try doing this monthly (every month for 5 days) for an year if you are a documented staph carrier
