I awoke at 4:30 am this morning feeling really dizzy. A few hours later at work, mild dizziness returned along with me feeling nauseous.

The first sign of nauseusness came after I smoked from a hookah last night.

I don't know if this is related but two days ago I returned from a two-week European backpacking trip.

Any thoughts?
