My elbows and legs from the knees down to my toes for the last couple months have begun a "flu-like" ache, My husband is a semi-truck driver and when he has close "runs" 300-400 miles,, I will ride with him and it seems like it gets worse when the air conditioner is on. I am 44 and yes I have gained a few founds in the last couple of yeas.
