I have been using the patch straight through about 3 months, so I have not had my period. Beginning yesterday I have had awful cramps when I normally dont get any. They were bad enough to bring me to tears. Today I went through 3 very large tampons in only 6 hours and at one point I passed what I could only think would be a clot. It was about 2 or 3 inches long. It was a greyish color, covered in blood. How can I tell if I just had a miscarriage? Is there anything else it could be?
