No drug can help you get rid of the problem by using only the antibacterial. You seem to be drug sensitive concerning the nature bacteria of your vagina. The only way to solve the problem is by taking any of the drugs you used and eating enough amount of milk products so you receive nature galactovacillus that saprophytes in your vagina and when the Strep dies, the nature bacteria takes its place before a new strep can live and grow in this place. Also try to clean the area with medium temperature water and no soap. It also helps making a diet the days that you take the drugs. After 1-2 weeks you will get rid of the problem.
Wish you health!
