I am 32 year old female nonsmoker none drinker and I have numbness in my hands feels like when I had frostbite rears ago also cold feet and they won't warm up even with warm water or a heating pad.I can't make a fist when this occurs and it lasts from 15 min -2 hours what could cause this ? And how do I make it feel better.My other conditions are migrains,endometriosis w/ low estrogren,pnerofibramatosis (elephant mans disease or NF)And P.T.S.D,I have also had M.R.S.A internal on abdomin wall
