my friend took some MDMA (extacy ) the other night

now the next day at 3:06am she is complaing of a splitting head ache, she cannot even talk,& is very cold .. what can i do to help her??

You honestly need to get her to the doctors as this is not normal. I can't evaluate her, but since she has taken a drug, and is responding this way, she needs to be checked out in person. So please if you care about her, have her be seen. As this is the best care for now.

she is scared to go to the doctor, because of the drugs that she took, but i think there is definently something wrong in her head

They are not going to judge her there. So don't worry about this. But without her being seen Hun, there is no way to know if what she is feeling is due to the drug or something else. But from your description Hun, you really need to get her in. Hopefully it is nothing, but without her being seen there is no way to tell. It's better to be seen now then keep waiting and something worse to happen. Drug effect everyone differently. She may have gotten a bad batch of the drug, it is so hard to tell, so please make her go, or tell her you will call 911 for an ambulance... but make her go.
