I have a red rash with some discoloration around my ankle-it has been there for quite a while-sometimes it gets itchy and I use tinactin to stop the itch but the redness and discoloration continue-The other ankle also gets itchy at times-what could it be-is there anything that I can do to get rid of the redness and discoloration-thanks
