yes, most plastic surgeons are familar with penile reduction. Home or herbal remedies have proven to be non effective or not long lasting.

From research which is very little to find on home techniques yes it shows it is both painful and not of benefit.

Surgery...........from research is very very painful. I would contact a reputable plastic surgeon within not necessary in your town but look for a good one within your State itself.
