My boyfriend was in a fist fight yesterday, and was hit in the left side, under his ribcage. He seemed to be in shock last night and couldn't stop shaking. His left side is now very very swollen and there's a big, very dark, clearly outlined bruise that was visible almost immediately. I am worried it could be his spleen or something else that may need emergency care.... please advise?
