This cream should really only be used for up to two weeks. If it did not help with the problem during that time frame, continued use won't make a difference. As per my other posting to you, you should mention to your daughter or son that as long as she is urinating fine, then this is nothing to be concerned about at this point, and to leave it alone until she reaches puberty. If she is having problems urinating, then she should see her pediatrician.
