This means that there are abnormal cells on your cervix. Sometimes this can indicate cancer, or HPV, human papilloma virus which is an STD, but can be treated.
Sometimes a repeat PAP is done and nothing comes up. It is possible that some cells from your vaginal wall are mixed in with the test which will show abnormal cells as well.
