my 11 year old daughter gets tan even with sunscreen. she is on a swim team and always in the sun. she has developed dry white spots on her face. how can this be treated?

Does she also have them on her back or arms?

Can you paste or email me a picture of these spots?

If not, are the spots circular?

Do they itch?

she does not have them on any other part of the body, just her face. Her patches were dry, and i have been moisturizing them and they dont seem to be as dry. i have a 1% cortosone cream that she uses at night.

yes, but not nearly as bad. she gets very dark and that area just doesnt tan.
