I have a red rash like pattern on both my shins. Right side looks worse than the left and they can/are both driving me crazy. Itch like crazy. Any ideas?

try using a OTC hydrocortizone cream. What you have sounds to be eczema and can be cleared up easy. You need to have it checked by a dermatologist if not clearing up on it's on within a weeks time.
