Can you spred herpes to your partner if there is no outbreak and you use a condom?

ACCEPTED

The chances are less without an outbreak and even more less likely with the use of a condom but there is still a chance that it can be spread. Not having an outbreak does not make the virus intransferrable but it does lessen the chances.I would always advise the use of a condom since the virus can be spread without the sign of an outbreak.
