  • Have small, frequent meals.
  • Avoid liquids at mealtime. They should be taken 1 hour before or 1 hour after meals.
  • Eat a cracker or piece of dry toast after resting, but before getting up.
  • Avoid fried or fatty foods.
  • Rest following meals.
  • Avoid cooking odors; they may increase your nausea.
  • Suck on hard candy.
  • Have clear juices, 7-Up, tea, Jell-O, soup, broth or water to replace the extra fluid you lose from vomiting. (Watch your weight gains between runs very closely.)

Some people use the Herb Ginger to help.

Also it could be your medications, in which you will have to talk to a healthcare provider.
