I am having pain on my right side, just below my rib ...

I am having pain on my right side, just below my rib cage. The pain radiates to the back. Throughout the day the pain gets worse. Lying down is the best position for relief. I also feel gassy fairly gassy. I do have a kidney stone 6 mm in my right kidney, I am wondering if this may be it? Or possibly a gall bladder problem? Please help!
