I am quite petite not overweight but seem to carry most of my weight around my tummy and waist also in my bust. When I go on a diet I tend to lose most weight off my legs and bottom. Is there any foods I should be eating to get a trim tummy?

Very active physical job so dont get much time to do lots of exercise. Tried gym didnt work anyway!
