Does a sebaceous cyst cause odors and make my vagina smell musty?

I've had a sabaceous cyst for years and for the past year I've had a very foul odor and my vagina is always musty smelling. I know that I don't have any std's because I'm currently not having sex. Is there anything I can do about this?
