Three nights ago, i went to bed, woke up, and had extreme pain shooting down my neck, and down into my left shoulder blade. I am still having pain in my neck unable to turn without feeling like its not supposed to move left or right. Not sure, although it seems like there is heat coming from the neck area. Very painful . What should i do to alleviate the pain? Does this sound like a pinched nerve? I understand my best bet may be to see a chiropractor but until i can what should i do?
