I recently had a bladder tumor removed. The biopsy was as follows

I recently had a tomor removed from my bladder. The biopsy report was as follows:

Papillary Transitional cell carcinoma, grade 2-3/3, non invasive, see note
NOTE: muscularis propria is focally present.
Base of bladder tumor:
1. severe urothelial dysplasia
2. cystitis glandularis
3. submucosal tissue with marked dermal artifact and chronic inflamation, see note:
NOTE: muscularis propria is not identified.

Can you explain what this all means to me.
