I had a routine ultrasound at 20 weeks of pregnancy. The doctors saw a small spot on the babies' liver. They didn't really explain to me what could have caused the spot or what the spot could be. They are going to look again in 3 weeks. Could you please tell me what the spot could be or what could have caused it? Thanks.

They just said a small spot on the liver. I'm very confused as to what it could be.
