REPLIED Check Mark

They are generally lighter and shorter than a normal period. From your LMP, conception would have taken place around 12/23/2005. So the bleeding you had on 12/28/2005 was from implantation.

Congrats on the new baby. Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don’t forget to click the *ACCEPT* button and leave *POSITIVE* feedback.

I was just wondering how i know for sure that it was implantation that day and not a late ovulation that caused the bleed. They say my due date is either 9/19 or 9/21 . 9/21 of a due date says that i conceived on 12/28 but 9/21 says that i conceived on 12/26. Would implantation show up as conception? What are the diffrences of the two bleeds that you know which is which ?

ACCEPTED Check Mark

Generally when you ovulate you don't bleed at all. Implantation bleeding, one does bleed. You are looking at 2 days variation. Remember, sperm lives around 3-5 days as well.

Here is a site that explains a bit about implantation bleeding, which you may find helpful. read here

Hope this helps Hun, if you need anything further, please do ask.

Thanks
