Hello,

You have a fungal infection. Since the place under the breast sweats and remains moist, fungus grows easily.

You will need to keep the place as dry as possible. Place handkerchief in your bra to absorb the misture and change it from time to time. Applly a Lotriderm ointment three times a day for at least 2 weeks for a cure.
