I am wondering about a pain I am feeling in my anus. When I squeeze tight it feels like I'm being poked by a needle. I observed it in the mirror and it looks enlarged on the right side of the anus, sort of round. This is an extremely uncormfortable pain. Know what this may be? Thanks
