Gas problem

Hi, I'm 19 years old. I've always had a problem with gas. I've tried many things to try to get rid of the problem, but things seem to help a little bit, but not to remove the problem. It's honestly impacted my social life. I don't really go out in public unless I go to work or the grocery store. I've tried gas pills, eating salads in the morning, eating and drinking less dairy, and just not eating breakfast at all. Nothing seems to significantly help me. Is there anything natural I can do besides buy pills? I'm trying to save as much money as I can for college.
