I had an MRI of the lumbar .Findings were multilevel degenerative disease. There were no levels of central spinal stenosis identified. Borderline foraminal narrowing is show at L4-5 on the left and at l5-S1 on the right. No central canal narrowing is identified. The conus and thoracolumbar junction show no significant abnormality. very mild disc bulges are seen L2-3 and L3-4 without focal herninations. There also is facet arthrosis particularly at L3-4. No central canal of foraminal narrowing is shown. somewnat more extensibe facet arthrosis is seen at l4-5 with mild dengerative subluxation resulting. The disc is mildly dengerated but shows only a mild bulge and no hernination. No central canal narrowing is seen. Mild narrowing of the left neural foramen is shown. L5-S1 is degenrated but not herniated. Moderate facet arthrosis is present. No central canal narrowing is identified. Mild narrowing of the right L5 foramen is seen.
