I have a pain on the right side of my abdomen.

I have a pain on the right side of my abdomen. It is more on my side than in front and is fairly severe. What could it be?

This could be a kidney stone, or your gall bladder acting up. Since the pain is severe, you may want to get to the ER tonight or tomorrow morning.
