Numbness of face

I'm a 25 year old mother. Yesterday while playing, my son (he's 2) accidentally hit me in the right side of my face. And after an hour i started to feel numbness in the right side of my face. Right half of my nose and upperlip is also numb. It's not numb to the touch, but i can feel the numbness. I don't experience any other pain or symptoms. Could you please suggest the possible reason for the numbess?
