Does a M.S. relapse go away without treatment

I'm sure that I'm having a M.S. relaspe. My Dr. is to busy and now not in the office answer me about what is going on.
So I need to know if this is going to go away without treatment?
I had a MRI yesterday but can't get the results!!!
