I was born with a tiny hole or pore near the top of my ear, which according to a pinna anatomy picture is called the crura of antihelix. I have these holes on both ears and when squeezed they sometimes leak a puss/fluid mixture. Can anyone tell me what these holes are and what is coming out of them?
