for th past 12 hours my stomach has been hurting like hell, I have been having really bad gas and having a hard time getting rid of it, when I do belch I vomit, I feel bloated beyond words-any ideas?

At you age, this could represent several abdominal conditions. Is the pain in the upper abdomen, that is, above the navel? Is the pain below the navel? Is it located more at the level of the navel?
