Feeling strange

I'm 63, my eyes are puffy, feel like there is pressure on my chest, is some tingling in my left arm, have a head ach and my neck hurts, I feel lathargic,any ideas?

I suggest to you to go to an Emergency Room as soon as possible to rule out the following conditions:

heart attack or angina
pinched nerve in the neck
meningitis
encephalitis
renal failure
hypothyroidism
fluid retention
