I got really faint yesterday and almost fell over and while this was happening my hearing in my left ear got really foggy....this happened twice...any idea what happened to me? Thank you

Can you tell me in as much detail as possible exactly wht happened including what you had been doing beforehand.

I need to know how long it lasted, your age, past meical history and any meds that you are on.
