A friend has engaged in some S&M situations and eaten human feces which i thought is dangerous, he says many people do it with no problems - what is real answer

Your friend may be right that many people do it with no problems, that they know of at the time. But, anyone who does this is at a great risk of contracting Hepatitis A, B, and C, any viral infection, E. Coli, etc. This practice is not safe at all.
