Good evening,

The pain that you are having in the back and sides of your head may possibly due to tension in the muscles that are located in the side of your head and go into the neck area as well. Your vision problems certainly can be related to the muscle tension especially if your "lazy eye" is on the same side as the headache pain. As you strain to use your eyes your muscles can tighten causing considerable pain.

You earaches may not have anything to do with your headaches. Congestion in your sinus' can back up into your ears causing your ears to hurt. Taking a decongestant such as Benedryl or Sudafed would help.
