My girlfriend is on "the pill". and we are sexually active. she uses it for her period control as well. But she should have already started her period yesterday. shoud we be worried?

Hello,

Is she on the 21 day pack or the 28 day pack? If on the 21 day pack, when did she last take a pill? If on the 28 day pack, is she on the sugar pills? How many pills is left in the pack?
